Cancer Council Victoria is seeking an experienced health research leader to join the Victorian Cancer Registry, reporting to the CEO, Cancer Council Victoria.

Cancer Council Victoria has developed an international reputation for innovative work in cancer research, prevention and support. As an independent, not-for-profit organisation, it plays a leading role in reducing the impact of all cancers on all people.

The Victorian Cancer Registry Division includes the population-based Victorian Cancer Registry (VCR), the Victorian Family Cancer Genetics Service (VFCGS) and the Victorian Cancer Biobank (VCB) and is supported by the Victorian Government.

Role of the Head of the Victorian Cancer Registry:

  • Provide vision and leadership to deliver VCR's strategic priorities
  • Develop strong stakeholder relationships
  • Build capacity and collaboration
