- South and East Asia, based at Tata Memorial Centre (Mumbai, India)
- Sub-Sahara Africa, in collaboration with the African Cancer Registry Network
- North Africa, Central and West Asia, based at the Izmir Cancer Registry (Izmir, Turkey)
- Latin America, coordinated by the Argentinean National Cancer Institute
