Voting will be conducted electronically, via the Registries Portal. The voters will need their registry username and password to connect to the portal and open the Election tab. [Registries who have submitted data will have already received a login to access the portal]. Detailed instructions are available on the portal. Should you not have a login, you should contact the IACR secretariat (iacr@iarc.fr).
There will be only one vote per registry. Therefore, the invitation to participate in the elections is addressed to the registries directors (or equivalent) only.
The votes are cast anonymously. The registries having voted will be listed, but the link to the candidate they voted for will not be known.
All voting members may vote for the President while only members within the respective regions can vote for their regional representatives.
The latest date to vote on is Saturday 16 June 2012. All votes received after this date will be invalid. Registries may vote as of today, 16 April 2012. The ballots will be counted after the official deadline date. The results will be published on the IACR website when the winning candidates have accepted the positions.
